Nomination Criteria
Our 2023 Class of Inductees has been selected. Please consider nominating a deserving individual for next year's class.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for nomination to the Hall of Fame:
Athletes must:
Have graduated from The Morgan School.
Have graduated ten (10) years prior to consideration.
Have made significant and conspicuous achievements in their sport or sports as demonstrated, where possible, by statistical documentation, newspaper articles or the number and stature of awards received. Post-graduate athletic achievements will also be considered for The Morgan School athletes who have earned a varsity letter.
Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing the special nature of their contributions to The Morgan School athletics.
Have conducted themselves in a manner that has brought credit to The Morgan School athletics.
Coaches and Administrators must:
Have made a long-term exemplary contribution to the Morgan School athletic program.
Have retired or completed coaching at The Morgan School in the sport in which they are being considered or are retired from coaching at The Morgan School.
Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing the special nature of their contributions to The Morgan School athletics.
Have conducted themselves in a manner that has brought credit to The Morgan School athletics.
Distinguished Morgan School Alumni must:
Have earned a varsity letter at The Morgan School and bring honor to their alma mater by making significant contributions to society in their chosen field of endeavor.
Have graduated from The Morgan School at least ten (10) years prior to consideration.
Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing the special nature of their contributions to Clinton athletics.
Have conducted themselves in a manner that has brought credit to Clinton athletics.
Exemplary Contributors to Clinton Athletics who do not qualify for consideration under any of the foregoing categories may also be eligible for induction for their contribution if they:
Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing the special nature of their contributions to Clinton community.
Have conducted themselves in a manner that has brought credit to Clinton Athletics.
Outstanding Teams of surpassing achievement may be eligible for induction.
Deceased Contributors to Clinton Athletics in any of the foregoing categories are immediately eligible for induction to the Hall of Fame.
